Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience leading teams and managing projects, as well as strong communication skills. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects on-time and within budget. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing organization with a competitive salary of 1500. We are also open to considering a foreigner for this position.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement project activities in line with project goals; set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop project plans that clearly define tasks, resources needed, timeline, budgeting and quality requirements.
• Monitor progress of projects against established timelines and budgets; take corrective action when needed to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status throughout the entire life cycle of the project; communicate results to management team members or stakeholders when necessary.
• Manage day-to-day operations relating to assigned projects; provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Maintain relationships with clients and vendors throughout the duration of each project; handle contract negotiations when needed.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams in a professional setting
• Proven track record managing complex projects from start to finish
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent organizational skills & ability to multi-task
