We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have an expansive knowledge of the hospitality industry, extensive experience in customer service and be a creative problem solver. They should understand the importance of high quality service and strive to exceed customer expectations.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations within the restaurant, including managing staff, providing excellent customer service, preparing daily reports and forecasts, creating menu items, and maintaining inventory. The manager will also collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth daily operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; strong organizational skills; an eye for detail; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment; a positive attitude; the ability to multitask efficiently; and an understanding of financial management principles. Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred but not required.
