The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring that all operations run smoothly. They will be expected to ensure that quality standards are met, customer satisfaction is achieved, and the restaurant runs efficiently. They will also be responsible for managing staff schedules, ordering inventory, training staff, and handling customer complaints.

The ideal candidate should have great problem solving skills with an ability to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions in a fast-paced environment. They should also have an understanding of food safety laws and regulations as well as experience in planning menus and pricing dishes accordingly. The ability to work under pressure is a must.
