Restaurant Manager - Dubai

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and motivate the restaurant team to ensure excellent service standards are consistently met.
• Monitor food quality and hygiene standards in line with local regulations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service in a timely manner.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. • Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention. • Maintain effective communication within the organization and with suppliers. • Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management is maintained. • Ensure food safety procedures are followed at all times. • Create cost-effective menus while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation and flavor in a fast-paced environment. • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant including staffing, purchasing, budgeting, etc.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a high-end dining establishment • In depth knowledge of restaurant management systems (POS) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure without compromising quality • Thorough understanding of safety regulations • BS degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred
