Job Description

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards. You will also need to ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to at all times. You must be creative and innovative in your approach to developing menus, as well as capable of leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff in order to achieve success. Requirements

In order to succeed as our Executive Chef, you will need excellent culinary knowledge and experience in leading a team. We would prefer if you had completed formal culinary training or have extensive experience in similar roles. Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential, along with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing quality service. The ability to work under pressure is imperative, as well as good communication skills with both staff and customers alike. We welcome applications from immigrants with no prior experience, however should demonstrate the necessary qualifications or skills required for this position upon application.

Duties
The duties of an Executive Chef include but are not limited to:
• Developing new menus on a regular basis that meet customer expectations while keeping costs manageable
• Ensuring that all food items are prepared safely according to health codes
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that orders are placed when needed
• Supervising kitchen staff and providing guidance on various tasks such as food preparation, cooking methods etc
• Working with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance etc., in order to maintain cleanliness within the kitchen environment
• Formulating goals for cost savings while maintaining quality standards
• Analyzing customer feedback in order to measure performance and take corrective action when necessary
