Al-Kuwait is currently seeking a Manager to join our team. This position will offer a salary of 1600 and is open to immigrants.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an organized, resourceful individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills. They should have a knack for problem-solving and the ability to think on their feet. They should also be comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously, as well as working in a fast-paced environment.

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, setting goals and objectives, developing strategies to meet those objectives, and ensuring that all staff are working together efficiently. They will also be expected to provide training and guidance to new employees, review performance metrics, and prepare reports for management review. Additionally, they will manage relationships with external stakeholders such as vendors and customers.

We understand that many candidates applying may not have prior managerial experience; however, we are willing to provide training if needed. Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
