Barista - Sharjah

We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will partner with the team to provide excellent customer service and make drinks in accordance with company standards.

The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality and be a great communicator, as they will be interacting with customers on a regular basis. We are open to considering foreign applicants, but prefer candidates who have at least some work experience in a barista role.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, creating unique coffee and tea beverages, taking orders from customers, operating cash registers, cleaning the work area and equipment, following safety protocols and ensuring that all customer orders are accurate.

The successful candidate must have excellent attention to detail and an eye for presentation. You should also be able to multitask efficiently while under pressure and remain calm even when dealing with difficult customers or situations.
