Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

The primary duties of the Personal Trainer include but are not limited to: designing custom exercise plans for each client based on their individual needs; motivating clients during workouts; monitoring progress; providing advice on nutrition and lifestyle changes; teaching proper form and technique; giving feedback on performance; creating reports with each client's progress; keeping records of training sessions; and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess a certified Personal Training qualification or equivalent experience as well as excellent interpersonal skills. They must have knowledge of proper exercise techniques, be able to motivate clients while also remaining professional at all times, have strong listening skills, be able to teach proper form while exercising, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds, show initiative when problem solving and have the ability to multitask efficiently.
