Pharmacist – 1100 AED – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our pharmacy in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented, as well as familiar with pharmaceutical products and drug administration protocols. We are also willing to consider candidates who are immigrants with no prior experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescription medications and medical supplies to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all laws and regulations.
• Provide advice to customers on their medication needs, including selecting the appropriate medication, dosage, side effects, contraindications, etc.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, referring them to other health professionals when necessary.
• Keep an accurate record of all medications dispensed in accordance with local laws and regulations.
• Monitor the inventory of medicines regularly and order new stock when necessary.
• Maintain a clean work area that is compliant with safety standards.
• Adhere to quality control measures which meet international standards for pharmacy operations.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, GPs, etc., when necessary.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field such as Chemistry or Biology is preferred but not required if a candidate has prior experience in the field.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and drug administration protocols is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation are essential for this role.
• Ability to understand complex medical information quickly and accurately is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with computer systems is beneficial but not required if a candidate has prior experience in the field.
