Job Title: Accountant
Location: Umm-al-Qaiwain
Salary: 1000 AED per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Accountant to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day financial operations of the organization, including preparing financial statements, managing accounts, developing budgets, analyzing variances, and managing accounts receivable/payable.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of related experience. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem solving and analytical skills as well as strong communication skills to collaborate with other departments. Knowledge of various accounting software is preferred. Foreigners are welcome to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial statements and other reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
• Develop budgets and track actual performance against those budgets
• Monitor cash flow, develop forecasts, and manage accounts receivable/payable
• Maintain records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Provide guidance on tax compliance issues
• Ensure compliance with government regulations
• Ensure accuracy of data entry into accounting system for all transactions

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of GAAP principles & tax regulations • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) • Strong communication skills
