Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for preparing coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing the cleanliness and organization of the café. The successful candidate will be passionate about coffee and have a strong customer service background. The salary is 1000 per month. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold drinks including espresso-based beverages, teas, smoothies, and handcrafted beverages
• Take customer orders in person or on the phone
• Operate cash register and process payments
• Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service
• Keep café clean by wiping down counters, restocking supplies, cleaning dishes
• Follow food safety protocols when preparing drinks and food items
• Follow all health and safety regulations as set forth by Al-Kuwait laws.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time while greeting customers and making drinks
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques such as latte art or other specialty drinks is preferred but not required.
