We are currently looking for an experienced and talented Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a high quality, diverse range of cuisine from both local and international dishes. The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, a creative eye for detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare, cook and present food to an exceptional standard
• Manage food preparation and production in accordance with established recipes
• Source local ingredients from the best suppliers in the area
• Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards within the kitchen
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Design menus that are both innovative and unique
• Develop recipes that become signature dishes for the restaurant

Requirements:
• Professional culinary qualification or equivalent experience required
• Proven experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant setting is essential • Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills • Creative flare with knowledge of various international cuisines • Ability to lead a team of cooks while maintaining high standards • Excellent communication skills and customer service focus • A commitment to quality control and food safety standards • Foreigners are welcome to apply.
