Secretary vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait


Al-Kuwait is seeking a Secretary to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, organized individual with excellent communication skills to work with the rest of our staff.

The successful candidate should have:

• A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Good typing and computer skills
• Fluent in English, Arabic and/or other language is a plus
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to take initiative when needed
• Experience in office administration is preferred but not necessary.

The main responsibilities include:
• Answering phone calls, responding to emails, distributing correspondence, filing documents, and providing general administrative support.
• Assisting with scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and other events.
• Greeting visitors and clients warmly and professionally.
• Managing incoming mail and deliveries.

Salary: 1500 per month

We are open to considering foreign candidates for this position.
