Land surveyor job in El-Ain UAE


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in El-Ain. We are offering a competitive salary of 1700 per month.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in carrying out land surveys and related tasks. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team depending on the project requirements.

Key responsibilities:
- Carry out all types of land surveys using appropriate equipment and techniques, such as total station, GPS, aerial photography and GIS methods
- Prepare plans, maps and reports accurately
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals and costings
- Ensure that the survey job is completed within the required timeframe
- Maintain records of all data collected during the survey process
- Monitor changes in survey regulations and practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field
- At least three years’ experience in land surveying
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of local laws relating to property boundaries, rights of way etc.
