Land surveyor job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys, analyzing data, and preparing reports for land development projects. This position requires a good understanding of the principles and techniques of land surveying.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Surveying, Geomatics or equivalent field with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in surveying or engineering. The candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently as well as part of a team and have good knowledge of relevant software programs (AutoCAD etc).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Conducting land surveys using the latest surveying equipment, such as total stations, theodolites, GPS receivers etc.
• Analyzing data collected from the survey using CAD software and other analysis tools.
• Preparing reports on survey results, specifications and related information for use in land development projects.
• Liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintaining accurate records of survey results and related measurements according to established standards.
• Monitoring changes in topography due to construction activities or other causes.
