We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role and will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the assigned department. The Supervisor will need to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and according to company standards, while also maintaining positive relationships with clients, suppliers and employees.

Key duties include directing and coordinating all activities related to the assigned department, providing guidance to subordinate staff, monitoring performance of staff members, reviewing progress reports, resolving operational problems and ensuring that quality standards are met. In addition, the Supervisor will need to be knowledgeable about health & safety regulations and provide training for new staff members as required.

The ideal candidate should be organized and highly motivated with excellent communication skills and a good understanding of business processes. Experience with budgets and human resources is preferred but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month plus additional benefits. We are open to considering an immigrant if they meet the job requirements.
