Salary: 1600 AED per month

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities. We are also ready to consider candidates with no prior experience.

The primary responsibilities of this role will include managing staff, delegating tasks, monitoring performance and ensuring quality standards are met. Additionally, the Supervisor will be expected to handle customer inquiries and complaints as well as resolve issues in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail. The ability to multi-task is essential as well as excellent communication skills both written and verbal. The successful applicant must also have strong problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box.
