HR Manager Job Opening in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full scope of HR activities including talent management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
Job Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
β’ Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection and hiring
β’ Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when necessary
β’ Handle employee complaints or disputes in a timely manner
β’ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
β’ Prepare reports on HR related topics such as turnover rate or hiring trends
β’ Track employee attendance and leave records
β’ Coordinate with other departments on various projects related to human resources
β’ Maintain personnel information database up-to-date
Required Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or related field
β’ Proven experience working as an HR Manager or similar role
Required Skills:
β’ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
β’ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
β’ Knowledge of UAE labor laws
β’ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
