HR Manager Job Opening in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full scope of HR activities including talent management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
Job Responsibilities:
ā¢ Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
ā¢ Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection and hiring
ā¢ Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when necessary
ā¢ Handle employee complaints or disputes in a timely manner
ā¢ Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
ā¢ Prepare reports on HR related topics such as turnover rate or hiring trends
ā¢ Track employee attendance and leave records
ā¢ Coordinate with other departments on various projects related to human resources
ā¢ Maintain personnel information database up-to-date
Required Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in Human Resources or related field
ā¢ Proven experience working as an HR Manager or similar role
Required Skills:
ā¢ Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
ā¢ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
ā¢ Knowledge of UAE labor laws
ā¢ Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
