HR Manager Job Opening in Abu-Dhabi
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full scope of HR activities including talent management, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
• Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, selection and hiring
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback when necessary
• Handle employee complaints or disputes in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws
• Prepare reports on HR related topics such as turnover rate or hiring trends
• Track employee attendance and leave records
• Coordinate with other departments on various projects related to human resources
• Maintain personnel information database up-to-date
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience working as an HR Manager or similar role
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
