Restaurant Manager - Abu-Dhabi

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the restaurant operations and overseeing customer service, staff performance, and financial management. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the hospitality industry and be results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage all restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and ordering supplies
• Ensure all staff are adhering to health & safety standards set by local authorities
• Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer experiences
• Ensure all financial records are up-to-date and accurate
• Develop marketing plans to increase sales & revenue
• Monitor food & beverage costs and maintain profitability targets
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the restaurant industry

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in restaurant management (5+ years) is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality/Business Management or related field preferred
• Strong leadership ability with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with good problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

Salary: 1800 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner.
