Position Vacancy: Restaurant Manager

Salary: 1400 AED

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, customer service, budgeting, inventory management and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. We are ready to consider a foreigner with minimal work experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred
• Experience working in a restaurant setting or similar position
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS system
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision and customer service.
• Ensure that food safety standards are met at all times.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for increasing revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Develop schedules for staff members and ensure they are adhered to.
• Ensure that all financial transactions comply with company policies.
