Job Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of the Bank teller is to process transactions for customers efficiently and accurately in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining excellent customer service standards at all times. Specific job duties include; processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances; issuing bank drafts; verifying cash amounts; balancing daily transactions; providing general account information; cross-selling bank products/services; assisting customers with inquiries/concerns; preparing reports as required; complying with all bank security procedures/regulations; working with other departments when needed; handling customer complaints/disputes professionally; ensuring compliance with applicable laws/regulations and maintaining confidentiality of all customer information.
