Job Summary:
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The position will offer a salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider immigrants for the role. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience but must be reliable, organized and have excellent communication skills.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR roles
• Knowledge of best practices for recruiting/sourcing techniques
• Ability to evaluate potential candidates on their skills, aptitude, and attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Knowledge of immigration rules and regulations is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
• Post job advertisements on job boards, social media sites, college campuses etc.
• Source qualified candidates from databases and other resources such as employee referrals etc.
• Interview potential candidates using various methods such as video conferencing, telephone interviews etc.
• Establish relationships with college placement offices and alumni groups to source qualified candidates
• Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Make recommendations on candidate hiring decisions after conducting thorough background checks
• Track applicant flow through the recruitment process
• Serve as a liaison between management and the applicants during the recruitment process
