Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role will involve recruiting, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates for various positions within the company. The successful candidate will be required to utilize their knowledge of recruitment principles and practices in order to identify qualified applicants and ensure the best possible matches for available positions.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
• Demonstrable experience in the use of various recruitment techniques
• Excellent knowledge of labor market trends
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are a plus
