We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This position offers a salary of 900. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales activities to maximize sales and profitability.

The Sales Manager must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of the company's products and services, and how they fit into the current market landscape. The individual must be able to build relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and potential customers. They must also have extensive experience in developing sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets.

The Sales Manager will also need to monitor competitors' activities, analyze customer feedback, coordinate with other departments when necessary, manage their team’s performance and provide guidance on how to best utilize resources. Furthermore, they must lead by example, motivating their team with positive reinforcement and setting high standards of quality in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
