Job Description
We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all housekeeping operations within the property. This includes supervising and training staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times, and ensuring that room rates are set correctly.

The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of experience in a similar role and must demonstrate excellent organizational skills. The candidate must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills. We are open to considering immigrants for this position.

Responsibilities
• Manage all housekeeping staff by providing guidance, supervision, and support
• Monitor staff performance to ensure high standards of service quality are met
• Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Develop training plans for housekeeping personnel
• Ensure that all rooms are inspected before check-in and after check-out to ensure they meet the highest standard of cleanliness
• Monitor room rates to ensure they remain competitive in the market
• Resolve any guest complaints or issues quickly and efficiently

Qualifications & Requirements
• A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
