Construction Manager

We are currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreign applicant, as no experience is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of new buildings and overseeing renovations and refurbishments of existing buildings.

Responsibilities include:
• Manage the construction process from start to finish, including budget and timeline management
• Oversee the hiring of contractors and ensure that they are meeting quality standards
• Establish building safety protocols and ensure all contractors comply with them
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and make adjustments to keep them on track
• Work with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
• Ensure that all building materials meet regulations and requirements
• Prepare reports on progress, budgets, and timelines

The successful candidate must have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. They should also possess strong communication skills in order to effectively manage contractors. Experience in construction or project management is preferred but not required. The position offers a salary of 1300 per month.
