We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year experience in the construction industry and proven track record of successful management of large scale projects. Expertise in cost analysis, scheduling and coordination of personnel and resources is a must. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is also essential.

In this role, the Construction Manager will create reports on project status and progress, ensure that safety regulations are adhered to at all times, collaborate with stakeholders to identify project objectives, select materials and suppliers as needed and also manage subcontractors. Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively liaise with contractors, clients and colleagues.
