Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the activities of staff members in the department ensuring they are meeting their targets
• Monitor daily operational performance and take corrective action when necessary
• Ensure all safety regulations are adhered to by employees
• Work with managers to ensure optimal staffing levels are maintained
• Supervise the maintenance of equipment in accordance with health and safety requirements
• Develop new strategies to improve efficiency and increase productivity
• Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance appraisals, etc.
• Foster an environment of collaboration between team members

Required Qualifications
• Previous experience as a supervisor or similar role is essential
