Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field;
• Ability to use modern equipment such as GPS systems and laser-guided survey instruments;
• At least 5 years of experience in land surveying;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to land surveying;
• Good communication skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed surveys on a variety of properties including residential, commercial, industrial sites;
• Ensure accuracy of data collected by using GPS systems or laser-guided survey instruments;
• Prepare reports summarizing survey findings and present them to clients;
• Monitor changes on the surveyed properties such as new constructions or renovations;
• Inspect survey sites before conducting surveys to ensure safety standards are met; • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying.
