Job Title: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1600 SAR

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working in the land surveying industry.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a land surveyor
• Knowledge and understanding of surveying techniques, laws, and regulations
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with GIS software and AutoCAD
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw accurate conclusions
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities:
• Collecting data from existing maps or plans; analyzing survey results; drawing maps and charts; conducting research on property boundaries; visiting sites to gather data.
• Establishing control networks; performing land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, levels, etc.; researching legal records to ensure accuracy of survey results.
• Preparing reports on findings; ensuring accuracy of survey results; communicating with clients regarding project status.
