Land surveyor job in Riyadh Saudi Arabia


We are currently seeking a Land Surveyor to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of land surveying techniques and methods.

The duties of a Land Surveyor include, but are not limited to: gathering data and measurements of the earth’s surface, researching survey evidence and preparing legal descriptions for deeds, providing topographic maps and diagrams of the land, utilizing GPS technology to identify exact locations on the ground, analyzing aerial photographs to determine property boundaries and legal descriptions, identifying potential hazards associated with surveying activities, preparing reports on survey findings and boundary disputes.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Geomatics or related field, as well as at least one year experience in land surveying or related fields. The ability to read and interpret maps is essential. Excellent organizational skills as well as attention to detail are also key attributes required for success in this position. Knowledge of computer software such as AutoCAD or ArcGIS is highly desirable.
