Salary: 1800 SAR/month

We are looking for a Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for conducting surveys and inspecting land areas to determine measurements and boundaries. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed plans and technical drawings based on survey results
- Analyze data using computer software programs such as AutoCAD and GIS systems
- Inspect land areas to determine measurements and boundaries
- Prepare reports on survey results and present findings to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure all survey requirements are met
- Support legal teams in preparing court documents related to boundary disputes
- Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials or equipment

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in surveying or related field of study required
- Proven experience in land surveying required
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and laws governing property boundaries
- Proficient with AutoCAD, GIS systems, construction drawings, and geographical information systems software
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
