Cashier – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This position comes with a competitive salary of 1300. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Description:
The Cashier will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling cash, credit card and check transactions accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will also handle returns, refunds, and exchanges with accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they enter the store
• Accept payment from customers using cash, credit cards and checks
• Process refunds, returns and exchanges quickly and accurately
• Count money in the cash drawer at the beginning of each shift to ensure accuracy of funds on hand
• Balance the register at the end of each shift to ensure all transactions have been accurately recorded
• Manage customer complaints in a polite manner
• Assist customers in locating items within the store or answering questions about products or services
• Keep track of inventory levels by stocking shelves or ordering more supplies as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience working as a cashier is preferred
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Knowledgeable in basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
