Cashier – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Cashier to join our team in Dubai. This position requires someone with a strong customer service background and excellent cash handling skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, collecting payments, and providing assistance to customers.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier role, preferably in the hospitality industry. They must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and process orders quickly and accurately
• Handle cash transactions with customers, including accepting payments, making change, providing receipts, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints in a polite and efficient manner
• Provide helpful information to customers about products or services
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkout area
• Balance the day’s cash drawer at the end of each shift
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in areas of cash handling

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred
• At least 2 years' experience as a cashier in hospitality industry
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: AED 1300 per month (plus benefits). We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.
