Restaurant Manager in Dubai

Job Requirements:
• Excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with clients
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Professional attitude towards customers and colleagues alike
• High school diploma; college degree preferred but not required (No experience needed)

Job Duties:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including personnel management, inventory management, budget planning and implementation of service standards and safety regulations.
• Create a pleasant dining experience for guests by establishing high-quality standards for food preparation, presentation, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure that all procedures are followed correctly.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health department regulations.
• Develop marketing strategies to maximize profits and meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
