We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of our restaurant, from staff management and customer service to inventory control, quality assurance and budgeting. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in business or hospitality management and at least 3 years of experience working in the restaurant industry.

The successful applicant will be highly organized with great attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, be comfortable dealing with customers directly and have the ability to motivate staff. Responsibilities include monitoring customer satisfaction levels, ensuring food safety standards are met, training kitchen staff, managing payroll and scheduling shifts.
