Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and overseeing of projects from initiation to completion. This role requires excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills in order to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will have a large degree of autonomy in their role and should be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, implementation, and tracking of projects from start to finish. They will ensure that all tasks associated with the project are completed on time by monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed. This includes developing processes that will enable the team to deliver projects effectively, setting deadlines for key milestones, resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Additionally, they must prepare regular reports on progress and present them to senior management when required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills with a track record of successful project completion. They should have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership abilities and have an eye for detail in order to ensure that all tasks associated with a project are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is expected for this role. Fluency in English is also essential for this position; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 900 SAR per month plus benefits including medical insurance coverage and paid annual leave days after 3 months of employment with us.
