Al-Kuwait is looking for a talented and experienced Developer to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining software applications in accordance with the company's software development standards and processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in programming languages, such as C++, Java, JavaScript and SQL; working knowledge of object-oriented programming principles; experience using version control systems such as Git; experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies; familiarity with web architecture design principles; ability to work independently or in teams; excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills; good communication skills; and a commitment to learning new technologies.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop code that meets the requirements of projects assigned by the team lead, review the code of their colleagues for accuracy and quality assurance, participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress or issues that arise during development, perform unit tests on code before releasing it to production environment, debug existing software products when necessary, and document all changes made to software products.
