We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an experienced chef in creating high-end, delicious meals in a creative and professional environment. We offer a salary of 1700 and are open to considering an immigrant as well.

The Sous Chef is responsible for managing the day-to-day kitchen operations and for supporting the Head Chef with menu planning, recipe development, food preparation, team training, and other tasks. The individual should be organized and efficient when managing staff, ingredients, equipment, and meals. They must be able to think quickly in order to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in the food industry. They must possess excellent culinary skills with knowledge of regional cuisines as well as international dishes; they should also be comfortable with all aspects of kitchen management such as cost control and safety regulations. Additionally, they must possess strong communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff members. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not required.
