Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a warehouse and be able to lead and motivate staff to ensure orders are filled quickly, efficiently, and accurately. The successful candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working with a diverse team. The position has a salary of 1600 per month. We are ready to consider foreigners with no experience.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and familiarity with modern warehousing practices
• Ability to focus on meeting performance goals and deadlines
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and decision making skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day

Duties:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, shipping, returns processing, and inventory management
• Monitor stock levels and identify ordering needs
• Develop efficient systems for the receipt of goods from suppliers ensuring accuracy of stock levels is maintained at all times
• Ensure accuracy of data entry into computer systems including invoicing customers/suppliers for shipments received/sent out
• Coordinate staff workloads to ensure orders are filled efficiently within the required time frames
• Maintain records of goods received/shipped from supplier/customer sites
• Monitor employee performance on a regular basis providing feedback on areas where improvement is needed
