We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources department including recruitment, employee relations, training, and payroll.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least three years of experience in a similar role. You should also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is also essential.

In this position, you will be expected to source qualified candidates through various channels such as job postings, online job boards, social media networks, and referrals. You will also be responsible for the selection process which includes interviewing candidates and making final hiring decisions. Additionally, you will ensure that all paperwork is completed correctly and that new employees are given proper orientation.

You will also manage employee relations by handling grievances or issues brought forth by staff members while ensuring that all policies are adhered to at all times. Furthermore, you will develop training programs to ensure that employees are kept up-to-date on new legislation or industry developments while providing guidance on career development opportunities.
