Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced teacher to join our school in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or its equivalent, have experience teaching in the same or similar position, and be a native English speaker. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading day-to-day instruction of students from grades 1-6. This includes developing lesson plans, providing individualized instruction to each student based on their needs, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to parents. Additionally, the teacher will be expected to collaborate with other educators in order to ensure that all students reach their full potential. Finally, the teacher should also maintain an organized and secure classroom environment that is conducive to learning.

Salary:
