Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry in a similar role and possesses a strong culinary background, with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen staff and deliver outstanding quality food. As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all culinary activities, including menu development, cost control, recipe development and execution, supervising the day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring high quality standards are met.

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Leadership qualities
• Strong knowledge of nutrition and food safety regulations
• Ability to manage budgets and costs effectively
• Excellent time management skills
• Working knowledge of computer systems (POS)
• Immigrant status is desired but not required
