Requirements:
• At least two years of experience working as a Barista in a high-end or specialty coffee shop.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Possess excellent customer service skills and an outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Knowledge of the latest coffee trends and techniques.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing coffee beverages according to company standards. This includes but is not limited to grinding beans, brewing drinks, serving customers promptly and accurately while maintaining a clean workspace at all times. The Barista will also be expected to upsell items whenever possible in order to increase sales volume. Additionally, they will need to restock their station with supplies when needed and help out other departments during peak hours when required.
