We are looking for an experienced barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful applicant will have a passion for coffee and the ability to deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment. The position requires an understanding of the different varieties of coffee, brewing techniques and the ability to provide customers with a great experience.

The duties and responsibilities of this role include taking orders, operating the espresso machine, grinding coffee beans, preparing drinks according to recipes, ensuring a clean workspace and keeping beverage quality consistent. You must also have a friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will also need to possess excellent organizational skills in order to keep up with customer orders and maintain stock levels. Previous experience working as a barista is required, as well as knowledge of coffee culture and its history.

A salary of 1300 AED is on offer for this position. We are willing to consider an immigrant if they can demonstrate their ability to excel in this role.
