Job Description:
The Chef will be responsible for creating innovative menus and recipes, ensuring the kitchen meets all health and safety regulations, supervising other kitchen staff, ordering supplies, controlling costs and monitoring food quality. The Chef must also take responsibility for maintaining a high level of customer service.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record as a Chef in a well-established restaurant or similar environment
- Expertise in creating varied menus using fresh ingredients - Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills - Ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines - Food Safety Certificate is desirable but not essential
