Job Duties:
• Conduct pre-operational checks of cranes to ensure they are in safe working condition
• Operate cranes to move materials around jobsites or storage areas safely and efficiently
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
• Secure cargo properly with straps or chains to avoid any accidents or damages
• Maintain accurate records of crane operation and maintenance activities
• Follow instructions from supervisors regarding movement of materials or supplies

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and comprehend technical instructions, written instructions, blueprints, manuals etc.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches) is essential
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a safe manner in order to avoid any accidents
• Excellent physical stamina as the job requires frequent lifting and maneuvering of heavy objects
