Job Responsibilities

• Extracting and analyzing data from multiple sources to generate reports for management
• Identifying trends in data to suggest new strategies for improvement
• Analyzing customer and market information to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure accuracy of data
• Developing and maintaining databases using SQL and other software tools
• Developing dashboards/visualizations that enable insight into complex datasets
• Designing reports that tell stories about business performance
• Assisting in budget planning by forecasting revenue based on historical trends

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) & other analytics software tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask effectively
