Merchandiser – El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a talented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and have an eye for detail.

Job Description:
The main responsibility of the Merchandiser is to perform tasks related to inventory management, pricing, product display, and promotion. The Merchandiser will work closely with Sales Associates to ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed on shelves and racks as per company standards. The Merchandiser must also be knowledgeable about the products we carry and be able to answer customer queries in a timely manner.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail
• Knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., POS)
• Excellent communication skills
• Eye for detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)
• Fluency in English (Arabic highly desirable)
